Michael Douglas Noll, the son of Douglas and Janet (Shultz) Noll, was born December 29, 1961 in Sacramento, CA.  He died June 29, 2016 at Griswold, IA at the age of 54 years and 6 months.

Michael moved to Omaha, NE at 2 weeks old with his mother.  At 8 years old, he moved to Griswold with his grandparents, Vernon and Gladys Shultz.  He graduated from Griswold Community High School in 1980.  He moved to the family farm after graduation.  In 1990 Michael and Susan were married on the farm.  He lived on the farm until the time of his death.

Michael loved riding his motorcycle, he was a member of ABATE, which supports motorcycle education.  He enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends.  He loved spending time with his daughter and grandchildren.

Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Janet Noll; and his grandparents, Vernon and Gladys Shultz.

Michael is survived by his wife Susan; his daughter, Windy and her husband Ryan Smith of Griswold, IA, and their children: Nollan James, Grayson Michael, and Natalyn Grace; his son Corey of Fort Collins, CO; his brother-in-law Matt Craddock and wife Frances, and sister-in-law Jenny Leiby and husband Tim; and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 1:30 PM at the Griswold Community Building.  Visitation with the family will follow the celebration of life, until 4:00 PM.  Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold is in charge of arrangements.
