Megan Mae Klindt's Obituary
Megan Mae Klindt, of Oakland, was born on December 2, 2001, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She entered into rest. on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at the age of 16 years.
Megan attended Oakland Riverside High School and was in the tenth grade. She was fostered by Glen and Natalie Klindt of Oakland from 2010 until 2015, when they adopted her completing their family. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was very proud to be an aunt, and loved her nieces and nephews very much. She enjoyed spending time with her Dad taking care of the dogs. She love baking and planting flowers with her mom. She cherished time with her sisters and found her brother funny. She enjoyed nature and the beautiful scenery on the farm. She loved seeing her friends at school.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Lee and Bernice Klindt; her cousin Bradley; and her aunt Maralee.
Megan is survived by her parents, Glen and Natalie Klindt of Oakland, IA; her brother Daniel and wife Nicki Klindt of Fort Dodge, IA; her sisters: Jessica and husband Cody Carrigan of Henderson, IA, Michelle Klindt of Oakland, IA, and Paige Hough of Council Bluffs, IA; her nieces, Jayden and London; her nephews: Braxton, Degan, Kingston, Grayson, Waylon; her grandparents, Don and Natalie Rapp of Florida; many uncles, aunts and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside High School in Oakland. Interment will be at a later date. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is in charge of arrangements.
