Lorraine H. Perdue, the daughter of Andrew and Alice Hauser, was born October 20, 1927 at Charles City, IA and died September 11, 2013 at Issaquah, WA at the age of 85 years, 10 months, and 22 days.

Lorraine graduated from Charles City High School and then attended Grinnell College. She met Wayne Perdue while in college, and they were married and continued to live in Grinnell. Lorraine and Wayne moved to Omaha, and Lorraine continued to live there until 1980, when she moved to Washington after her the passing of her husband Wayne.

Lorraine enjoyed traveling and playing bingo. She especially loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her son Kent in 1979, husband Wayne in 1980, her daughter Wendy in March of 2013, and her parents.

She is survived by her son Chris Perdue and his wife Alice of Issaquah, WA; her grandchildren: Jessica Warmbo and McKenzie Perry of Glendale, OR, Andrew Klassen of Everett, WA, and Kent Perdue and Kari Perdue of Maple Valley, WA; and her great grandchildren Kennedy and Cooper Warmbo.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on October 4, 2013 at the Griswold Cemetery in Griswold. Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold is in charge of arrangements.
