Lindsey Kay Curtis was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, November 13, 1987. She died January 7, 2017 at the Cass County Memorial Hospital at the age of 29 years, 1 month and 25 days.

Lindsey attended Lewis Central High School where she loved soccer and sports in general and received several medals for her achievements. She also enjoyed dance and tumbling, loved listening to music, loved giraffes and her tattoos and being with friends and family. She loves her son Jaden Allen Doty, Jaden was her best friend and shining star. Lindsey and Thomas were united into marriage on April 21, 2015 in Atlantic, Iowa.

Lindsey is preceded in death by her mother Karen May; sister-in-law Alison Curtis; step sister Andeira Robb.

Lindsey is survived by her husband Thomas; her son Jaden of Griswold; her father and step mother, Philip and Rose May of Hastings, Iowa; sister Amber Goranson and husband Chris of Red Oak, Iowa; brothers: Mark May and wife Michele Throp of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Jason May and wife Melissa of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tim Thompson of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her grandparents Richard and Regina Brown of Hastings, Iowa; brother-in-law Christopher Curtis of Griswold, Iowa; her father-in-law Roger Curtis of Griswold, Iowa, mother-in-law Avis Bowers of Griswold, Iowa. Many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
