Kimberly Gayle Erickson's Obituary
Kimberly Gayle Erickson, daughter of Gary and Rita (Anderson) Brown, died on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Cass County Memorial Hospital at the age of 54 years, 1 month and 2 days. She was born on July 17, 1964 in Atlantic, Iowa.
Kim attended High School in Atlantic and graduated with the Class on 1982. She then began working as a nurses-aid. On November 27, 1985, Kim married Tim Erickson in the Marne Church. To this union, two children were born, Autumn and Caleb. She became a medical aid and worked at the Heritage House for over 30 years.
Kim enjoyed camping, watching T.V., doing cross stitch, going to garage sales, and decorating the home for the holiday seasons.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents.
Kim is survived by her husband, Tim; her daughter, Autumn Osterloh and husband Nick of Lewis, IA, her son, Caleb of Lewis, IA; her grandchildren: Nevaeh Kuhns, Parker and Charlee Osterloh; her brother, Kyle Brown of Florida and her sister, Kameo Brown of Colorado; and many friends and family.
The Visitation will be Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Rieken Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold. Funeral service for Kim will be on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Rieken Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at the Oakwood Cemetery in Lewis. A lunch will follow the interment at the Lewis Community Building in Lewis, Iowa. Rieken Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family with arrangements.
