Kathryn Ann Bolton, the daughter of Boyd and Georgia (Courcier) Frank, was born July 14, 1954, in Creston, IA.  She died November 30, 2021, at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak, IA, at the age of 67 years, 4 months, and 16 days.

Kathy attended school in Grant and Lewis before graduating from Griswold High School in 1972.  On February 25, 1978, she was united in marriage to Jerry Bolton at the Noble Center Church.  Two children were born to this union, Josh and Ann.  Kathy worked for Schuler Manufacturing and then Thomas D. Murphy Company.  Kathy and Jerry lived in several different places before moving to their current home in 1994.

Kathy was a member of Noble Center United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed reading, working in her flower gardens, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathy is preceded in death by her father; her brothers, Alan, and Larry; and her uncle Roger Clark.

She is survived by her husband Jerry of Griswold, IA; her son Josh Bolton and wife Stacy of Clarinda, IA; her daughter Ann Bolton of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren Nick Bolton of Red Oak, IA, and Cody Bolton of Clarinda, IA; her mother Georgia Frank of Griswold, IA; her brother Randy Frank of Griswold, IA; and her aunt Bonnie Clark of Council Bluffs, IA.  She is also survived by her other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held at Noble Center Cemetery, south of Lyman.  Memorials are suggested to the Griswold Fire and Rescue and Griswold Lord's Cupboard.
