Jerold "Jerry" Lavern Kline, born on July 21, 1935, in Exira, IA, passed away peacefully at his home in Griswold, IA, on January 21, 2025, at the age of 89 years and 6 months. Jerry was the beloved son of Van and Myrtle (Griffin) Kline.

He is survived by his wife, Eloyce Kline of Griswold, IA; his sons, Kraig Kline of Camdenton, MO, and Mitch Kline and wife Julie of Griswold, IA. Jerry was the grandfather to seven grandchildren and a great-grandfather to seven great-grandchildren.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, his son Greg, and his daughter Sheri.

Services will be held at a later date. Rieken Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold is assisting the family.
