Janet Margaret Bintz, the daughter of Dennis Lloyd and Margaret Marie (Bausch) Henke, was born October 30, 1939, in West Point, NE.  Janet died August 24, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, IA, at the age of 83 years, 9 months, and 25 days.

Janet is preceded in death by her husband Willard on July 27, 2020; her son Dennis; her grandson Daniel; her parents; and her siblings:  Fonda, Donnie, Daniel, and Richard.

She is survived by her sons, Steven Bintz and wife Alma of Troy, MO, and Kirk Bintz and wife Karen of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren:  Sheena Brown and husband Mark, Craig Bintz, and Amanda Bintz; her great grandchildren:  Brent, Corbin, Jaycie, Zander, Aibreanne, and Trystin; her siblings: Martha, Robert, William, Joel, and Jan; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

No services are planned at this time.  Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is assisting the family.
