Frederick "Fred" Louis Shaw, the son of Frederick Joseph and Fern Bonnie (Saemisch) Shaw, was born April 20, 1941, in Harlan, IA. Fred died September 5, 2026, at his home in Elliott, IA, at the age of 85 years, 4 months, and 16 days.
Fred is survived by his children: Leigh Anne Alm, Robert Shaw, and Jean Marie Bertuca; his grandchildren; and his siblings.
A private burial will be held at later date.
